One of the hinges broke on my Kenmore double, stacking oven. I searched high and low for a manual online but was unsuccessful. The hinge was easy enough to find online but I could not locate the repair procedure. Its a simple fix, took about 30 minutes to figure out. With the following instructions you can do it in less time.

First, remove the oven doors. Open to the Broil position and lift the doors straight up and off.
Second, The oven has eight screws holding it into the wall, four on each side. remove the eight small screws.
Third, slide the whole unit out of the wall about 4-6 inches. The door hinges are now exposed on either side.
Fourth, Each hinge has two screws holding it in the front and two on the side. Remove all four screws. 6.5mm
Fifth, Remove the hinge mechanism. Be careful with this step. If your fingers are in the hinge mechanisms they can be pinched! The portion of the hinge that attaches to the door must be opened up a little to fit it through the slot.
Sixth, reverse the steps to install the new hinge and door.
