My Kenmore 70 Series Electric Dryer Won't Start. I read other internet posts and replaced the thermal fuse but it still won't start. When I push the start button it makes a noise like it is going to start but immediately shuts down.
Any other ideas?

Hi.

Disassemble the dryer to get the chute out.Check if nothing is blocking the blower wheel.
If not - replace the motor Part number: 279827
Part number: 279827


The lint chute Part number: 348368
Part number:                     348368


#1 on the diagram.
