I have a Superba built-in microwave oven combo. The turntable and light do not work when the microwave is operating. When the door is open the light does work. I have tried changing the turntable motor but this did not change anything. What else could be causing this?

Also since I don't know if someone has tried to fix this microwave before since we just bought the house, on the turntable motor which connection is for the ground wire and which is for the hot? Currently the green is hooked up to the left terminal and the red is hooked up to the right terminal. This is looking at it from the bottom of the microwave with the it sitting on its left side.
