Our new washer when running on hot or warm spurts a bit of water at a time causing a banging sound. The water does not come out mixed, instead it pushes hot, then cold but the banging and movement on the pipes is aggressive. Is this normal? Is there anything we could do so the water would be mixed and not spurt out. Our old washer never did that.

As long as the washer is less than a year old it's covered by the manufacturer warranty. Call Whirlpool for service.
