Have two of the AR141 radiant burner cartridges. The front right burner is malfunctioning. When it is on low, it cycles on and off and will not hold a low temp. I switched the left and right cartridges to see if the problem was the burner or not, but the problem did not follow leading me to believe that the problem is in the knob control assembly. Is there any other troubleshooting? Is there a way to repair the knob assembly? Is it even replaceable?

Hello,
What are the ends of the cooktop and the cartridge model numbers?
Gene.

Sounds like the problem is a bad infinite switch for this burner. In order to access the part remove all knobs and the screws attaching the control panel to the control box. Once proper screws are removed, the control switch plate may be lifted from the control box. Before you remove the wires from the old infinite switch draw a picture so you will know how to connect them to the new switch. - The infinite switch Part number: 703650
