GE Electric Oven - Model # JRP24C0T1BB - Owner complains that food either burns or not cooked at various times. I tested the oven with a Leeds & Northrup certified electric thermometer and found temperature range variance from +50 to -75, confirming the complaint cause. The oven desired temperature is set and the oven beeps upon reaching the set temp. Thereafter, the set temperature indicator remains constant although the actual oven temperature varies as described. What is the suggested "fix" for this problem?

I have the same problem, and my wife is not too happy about it. At 350 F setting ours went from 316 to 380 degrees F. I would sure like to get a fix.
