My kenmore side by side freezer is not freezing cold enough to keep things frozen. I recently replaced the dampener door and use control assembly because it was stuck open freezing every thing in the refrigerator part. Now the Dampener is working properly but the freezer is not cold enough. I think it is because of the different control mechanisms. Any help?

The Damper door assembly came with the Freezer and Refridge control nobs and control circuit. I replaced this because it was stuck open causing everything in the Refrigerator side to freeze.

I'm going to need a model number. Read it from the tag on the machine. I'm still not following you. Did you replace the entire housing with controls and damper from another machine?

253.52632202 It is the whole housing with damper and controls that I ordered through Sears. It was a new replacement part.

I am out of town at the moment. there was a circuit board in the assembly, but not sure what it was controlling. I may have towait until I get home this weekend to find the part number of what I purchased to show what was included.
