I kept on smelling gas while the oven was on so I figured I had an ignitor that went.. I replaced no problem... (thanks guys) It worked for some time now, but I seem to have got another problem. There is too much gas being released in the oven when I first put it on. I motly hear a big whoosh and some times the door pots a bit. Is it the ignitor, the gas safety valve or something else. Any help would be appreciated Thanks

Visually inspect the bake burner for any blocked and/or burned through flame holes. Make sure the igniter is properly aligned with the burner lighting holes. If there is nothing wrong then most likely the igniter is bad. - The oven igniter Part number: WB13T10045

The igniter and the burner tube should be parallel.

Ok....... Thanks If it is the igniter that is the problem, what could the issue be that the igniter keeps on "going"? What could I check next? Thanks for all your help!

thanks... I would like to check the amps to the ignitor. Are the wires to the ignitor accessible from underneath the stove or only from the back on this model?

Remove the oven floor and the flame spreader. You probably did it before when you replaced the igniter?
The normal reading should be more than 3.2 amps.
