How do I change the overlay on the front panel for this ref? It appears to be glued on and it looks like you only get one shot at placing the new one on the front plastic panel.

Use a hair dryer on it to soften the glue and it will peel off. It's best to remove the facade before installing the new one. If you don't get it perfect you'll need to heat it again. Start on the side without the ribbon and slowly work your way across.
