I have a GE electric dryer and my wife went to use it the other day and she tried to turn it on and nothing happens. I checked the breaker, checked to make sure power is getting to the unit, which it is and chacked for loose wires, etc. Also checked the heater coil and it measured to the proper resistance. I also pushed the door switch several time and it didn't make a different. What other things can I check and how that may be causing nothing to happen. Start know seems to be working fine. What other signs should I look for?

Hi.

Here are the breakdown diagrams and Drum parts for GE DJXR433EG5WW - AppliancePartsPros.com

You need to check continuity of the #505, # 507.
Replace if there no continuity.

Post the results.

Simon.
