Eric Jumped the wires and still nothing, but can hear a click in the timer if I remove one side of the jumper then touch it to the wire again.

In what position are the "hand wash" and the "extra rinse" switches? If they are off, then very likely the problem is a bad motor. - The motor Part number: 8529936

At the wiring harness connector where it plugs into the motor, check for 120vac between the Orange wire and White/Black wire when washer should be in agitate mode (Normal cycle, options off, Fabric selector set to Cotton). You should also have 120vac between Red and Yellow (start winding). If you have both and the motor isn't humming and getting hot, you have a bad motor switch. That's the switch on the motor that the wiring harness plugs into and is operated by a centrifugal mechanism in the motor.
The difference between agitate and drain/spin is motor direction and speed. Direction is set via the timer. Speed is selected via the timer and the motor switch. Spin mode should start out in medium speed for a couple minutes and then switch to high til the end of cycle. If it's doing this, then the motor and motor switch are fine. If it only spins in high speed, then we've narrowed the problem to possibly being the motor switch which is replaceable and available. Agitate in normal cycle operates at medium speed which is achieved by applying power to the orange wire feed to the motor.
Again, if spin mode is operating in both high and medium speed, the motor and motor switch are good.
BTW, the washer should normally drain for 2 minutes without spinning but yours cannot do this because several seconds of agitate mode are required to set the neutral drain mechanism in the transmission.
