I have two issues with the washer. The first one is the F03 error code. I read the manual and replaced the pressure switch and pump. The error went away for a couple of weeks but returned. Now when the washer is about to go into the rinse cycle the washer beeps twice and sends the F03 error code. What do I do next? The second issue is the bleach and softener won't dispense. As of this week the F03 code is consistant everytime we wash clothes. Thank you very much for time. I appreciate it.

It may be these two problems are related.

I assume you have gone through the tech sheet as instructed, if not, here is a copy and it has instructions for trouble shooting.

http://manuals.frigidaire.com/p...Webster/1342364c-tds.pdf

Since you replaced the pump and pressure switch, the next places to look are the wiring (for a short or bad connection) and the pressure tube which might have been damaged or have a problem which could have occurred during your previous repair.

If you cannot find anything wrong, it may be that you have to replace the main control board.

Good luck, let us know what you find out.

Is it the AP3779357 part number or the AP3967975 part number? Again thanks for the help.

Good question, I am glad you posted it.

There are two boards in your machine, a central control unit which is the brain of the system and a motor (speed) control board which controls the motor. If the control board is the problem it is the central control board.

I assume you did the tests in the Tech Sheet and did not find anything. If so, the likely (but not certain) cause of your problem is the main control board, this one

which is the AP3779357.

Because I cannot say for certain this will fix it you need to think about spending that much money on the repair. I think the probability is greater than 50% given you have replaced the pressure switch and pump, so if you want to try this it is a good bet.

Good luck, let us know how it turns out.

When the Frigidaire washer is about to go into the rinse cycle the washer beeps twice, sends the F03 error code and stops. Can this be repaired? What do I need to do to remedy this problem? As of today, the F03 code has prevented me from washing clothes and will have to use a public laundromat. HELP!

Firecracker

Please start a new thread and post your model number and someone may be able to help you. In the meantime if this is a Frigidaire front loader you can look inside the lower service panel for tech notes that may help you in testing and diagnosing.
