My Kenmore washer started making a whining sound during the spin cycle...and ending with a loud thump ! I have removed the control panel from the machine but can't figure out how to remove the cabinet......PLEASE help with any information you can offer....thanks !

Hi.

Remove the pump and check for objects inside it.

Use the video clip.
