Pulled front panel to check for squealing noise and both rear drum rollers and seal thumbs look fine but continues to squeal. Can I use a lube to stop this and if so what would be best?

A good possibility is your idler wheel.
Also give the motor a spin re: bearings
Check the front glides for wear.
Check the blower wheel that it is not rubbing on the case or that something is wedged between it and the case.
As far as a lube any good oil ( not WD40) will do but use it sparingly as it will collect lint.
Basically that is why you do not see any in the machine. |

The washer gets to the spin cycle and does not fill with water and the knob indicator stays and does not move to the rinse cycle because it does not have any water:confused: What needs to be checked a clogged water inlet?

Cold water wash did fill but when reached rinse cycle, no water going into tub. The washer is only seeping some water into the washer but still not filling:confused: And then it does'nt even move (dial) to spin because of no water.

Here is a service manual http://www.servicematters.com/m...ibrary/docs/16000131.pdfOK, you have a weird problem, in that it fills OK for wash but trickles for rinse. I am not sure that the hot is off during a wash fill. Perhaps try shutting it off at the tap. Then rerunning the test. Since it is fairly fast to check the cold supply, do the following. Remove the cold hose at the tap. Run the tap into a pail, just to be sure you have good flow there. If OK Remove the hose from the machine. Check both ends, some sealing washers have screen filters built into them. If OK Attach the hose to the tap and run it into a pail, just to make sure it is not collapsed internally If OK Check the screen filter on the input side of the machine's water valve. If it is dirty clean it. Do not remove it as it is there to keep crud out of the valve which would hold it open and cause a flood. If all the above is OK then at least you know for sure that the unit is getting water. |

Tub still not filling on rinse cycle. Water level switch? Odd to think it fills when doing a load on any water setting(hot, cold, warm) only the rinse cycle is when it's not filling?:mad:

I doubt it would be the switch itself as you are getting some water so the valve is getting power and there is no difference between wash and rinse as far as the switch is concerned.
I would lean more toward a dirty/pitted set of timer contacts.
Will have to take a look at the manual later as the wife is yelling at me to go out right and I do mean RIGHT NOW. |

Looks like for Wash fill they use timer contacts 2 and 3.
For rinse fill they use timer contacts 4
There is a good chance these contacts are dirty or badly pitted so you are not getting full voltage to the valve and it is not opening all the way.
By the way did you get the dryer fixed? |
