Refrigerator purchased in 2005. In garage and used six months a year. Recently noticed not as cold as usual. Two weeks later, zip! No sounds, no freezer or refrigerator. Everything warm. (We were away.) Light on when door opened. - No freezer fan - No fan next to compressor - No "clicks" on or off - No compressor start
Can't find a "reset" or fuse.
Any suggestions? Thank you!

Hi. Two most probable things: stocked defrost timer or bad cold control. Locate little hole (size of a dime) in the control panel with the timer shaft in it. Use flat screwdriver to slowly turn the shaft CW 360*. If the fridge starts - replace the timer Part number: 2314156

Thanks! Defrost timer seems to be the culprit according to the test you described. Part is ordered! :)
Great website which I wish I'd known about long ago!
