Long time listener first time caller

Ge GSD500G-02AW

I have cleaned Float. and spray arm is free of debris
Sump cap has been removed and cleaned.

The spray arm moves freely but the check valve is missing and there appears to be not a tight seal where arm connects to base

i have had the door open durring cycle and when it appears to be about to gain force the pump preasure drops...sorry if all this sounds crazy i dony know what im doing

Here are your parts

First replace the check valve (Item 557 in Section 1) and see if that fixes the unit.

Since it is missing a lot of water is sprayed out the hole ins6ead of up to the spray arms during the wash cycle.

The seal ring (Item 555 in section 1) is no longer available so you would need the spray arm kit if you feel it needs replacing. In this case the check valve is not needed (I think, am not 100% sure).
