Hi:

My Whirlpool washer LSN2000LW1 started having a problem with the spin cycle. It would go through the wash cycle and rinse cycle but sometimes at the end of the wash, the clothes are still wet. If the basket was turned manually, something catches and the spin cycle would then work. At other times, the spin cycle would work by itself.

Based upon the recommendation of one of the technicians at Appliancepartspro.com, the clutch assembly was just changed today. I am happy to report that the washer is spinning again. We had tried changing the motor coupling but this did not solve the problem. I hope this information is helpful to you.
