I found the heating element with no continuity and replaced it. what else is there for me to check.

The unit also has a hi-limit thermostat (Item 30 in Section 9), should be 0 ohms.

the high limit is good. the clean light flashes 7 times. is there a diagnostic code reference out there? are there any other limits or safety's? all the wires look good
