I have a GE GSH25SGPASS side by side refrigerator/freezer with icemaker WR30X10012. The fill tube for the ice maker is dripping water after the fill cycle overflowing the ice maker filling the ice bucket and dripping down the door. It is pretty much drop after drop into the icemaker. Any ideas about what might be causing this? Is there a solenoid or valve that may not be closing all the way. Cant seem to find one on the schematic.

Thanks,
Jason

Hi.

If you are absolutely positive it's not the leaking icemaker, then it's the valve.
This is the water inlet valve that you need to replace. Located at the back of the fridge Part number: WR57X10032
Part number: WR57X10032

Here are the breakdown diagrams and Replacement parts for General Electric GSH25SGPASS Refrigerator | AppliancePartsPros.com

Use the opportunity to clean the condenser coils.

Post the results.

Water continues to leak when the water supply line is in the on position and the icemaker switch is off. Dam up the cup fill chute with a paper towel and the towel is completely full of water within 10-15 seconds.
