I need a repair manual for a Kenmore Residential Side-by-Side Refrigerator 25354669403 Service Manual.

My Refrigator is not cooling above the freezer coils and none of the fridge, and the evaporator fan is not running.

The refrigator side is warm not cool at all.
On the Freezer side, I removed the back panel, the coils are freezing up and icing up, at that area is cold, but everything above is warm.

The evaporator fan above the coils is not running at all.

I need to troubleshoot the fan and the parts that cause the fan to run, is what I am thinking.
any help would be appreciated

Here are your parts.
Replacement parts for Kenmore 25354669403 | AppliancePartsPros.com

Check for 120 volts across the fan. If it is there and the fan does not run it is toast.
Part number: AP4700070
Part number: AP4700070

Click on the picture for more info on it.

I am assuming that the compressor runs probably all the time other than when the unit enters a defrost cycle.

The defrost board in the control console runs this fan so if there is no voltage this board is probably toast.

If you have no meter,I would remove the evaporator fan motor, isolate the green ground wire and stick the other two wires(after insulation is removed at the ends) in the wall outlet, if motor will not run, that confirms a bad motor.

I checked the voltage there is no power coming to the motor.

Also the coils are not defrosting at all just building ice.

How do I check the defrost board?
*******
I found the service data sheet under the fridge behind the foot grill, on the right side.
It said to depress the fresh food light switch 5 time in six seconds.
*****

No defrost or anything so does that mean the board is probably bad?

Thanks a million to everyone.

Yes, that confirms a bad board.

Before replacing the board I would check the defrost thermostat.
It should be 0 ohms when frozen.
Be sure it is frozen as it opens just above freezing.

Or if you prefer you can force a defrost cycle and check for voltage across the heater/thermostat combo. They are wired in series.

I interpret Davejets statement that the compressor never stopped when he tried the manual defrost test. This should be an indication the defrost function of the control is not working.

my refrigerator model 25354673302 evaporator fan motor is not working. I checked 64 volts coming into the motor wiring; what causes the problem? Help please.
