Well, I guess the compressor is bad after all.... I used the item you suggested, followed the wiring instructions, nothing... Changed the capacitor, still nothing... Nothing left but compressor right?
I can hear the relay and overload (I guess) clicking every so often, it seems to be blowing slightly cool air, but never actually cools the freezer..

I didn't put the sealant around the device as instructed, this really only holds it in place, right? I was trying to save the part if the compressor is bad...

Very likely this is the compressor failure. Unfortunately nothing lasts forever.
