Unit won't start and I tested with multimeter all below as good:
1) 115vac outlet
2) door switch
3) push to start relay/switch
4) thermal fuse
5) timer
6) hotwired motor (blue and white) to 115Vac and motor ran and then gas unit fired up. Only ran it for a few minute but started right up and made no noises or hard start.

Only thing that I wasn't able to test is the electronic control circuit board, but not sure if that has anything to do with start up.

Ended up being the power cord. Open in one feed wire inside the strain relief. Should have checked that right after the wall outlet but didn't.
