Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 8/23/2012(UTC) Posts: 3		Hello- It is a 2010 stainless steel Whirlpool Frig. with bottom freezer and dispenser-Model # GI5FSAXVY02. The touch pad keys are not working in three functions: #1-the water dispenser key will not activate when pushed. #2-the frig. temp. control-arrow up-key will not increase temp., but will lower temp. #3-the dispenser light key doesn't function when pushed. Checking which part may be required for these malfunctions? Thanks-Randy

Disassemble the dispenser, remove the ribbon connector from the control board and clean it with isopropyl alcohol or the pencil eraser.
