Model: WJRE5550K2WW
Serial: FT919692G

Bought about 6 months ago. Worked fine up until this week. It's overflowing no matter what setting(s) we attempt.

I took off the cover and checked the tube for blockage as suggested in many topics, and its clean as a whistle.

*** EDIT ***
My wife noticed something else entirely today. No matter what fill setting we put it on, it seems to not 'click' over to the next phase. Such as fill keeps filling, rinse keeps rinsing.

I just went and tried all kinds of settings and came to this single conclusion. The Fill is not reading any of the fill sizes I try, small nor super. I can fill it with water, then pause it, put it on drain and spin, and then repeat and it does everything I need. Basically it's in a manual mode because of the Fill setting for some reason.

Can the tube be clogged at the bottom?

Thank you in advance,
- Dan

The tube can be blocked at the bottom, which is the more likely problem. The less likely problem is the water level switch is stuck. The least likely problem is the timer.

You need to check out all three, and hopefully one of them will be it.
