Light goes on and turntable revolves, but there is no heat. Can this be fixed?

Does it make any unusual noise when it's on?

You have to have a simple multimeter to preform some tests. Very likely you will have to remove the microwave from the cabinet for the troubleshooting and/or repair. Let us know when you will be ready.

The model number you posted is incomplete. Verify and repost it please.

Thanks, but we bought a new one today. An 11 year old microwave doesn't warrant any investment, especially for 2 senior citizens!
