Both the fridge and freezer and not holding the temperature. I turned off the fridge over night (pulled the plug) and plugged it in back in the morning, but still does not work.

Please let me know what the first steps are towards finding what could be faulty and replacement parts that i should order.

I am not sure how old this fridge is.

i opened the casing in the freezer side(this is a side by side model). Noticed that the evaporator fan is not running and no frost on the coils. What parts to order ?

I tried to take the input voltage to the Fan. When pressed the multimeter prongs...the fan started working. I closed the casing and the fridge is running..but no cooling in the fresh food side yet..
