when installing the coupling is the coupling flush with the moter shaft, auctually is it flush with both shafts?

Put the coupling on both shafts and use a small piece of would to press it on until it is flush. Then reassembly the unit. If either side is not on correctly, it will not go back together.

thank you Brian, I think the last one i put on Ihit it to hard and pushed it beyond the metal sleeve.

I installed the spin coulping, np probleum. I,m sure what i did last time is by useing a socket i pushed the plastic off the sleave, lesson learned
