The temps started fluctuating a couple weeks ago, then stabilized after adjusting cooling settings. Three days ago the fresh food side was a constant 65-70 degrees, freezer was still around 30+/-. I checked the heater and thermostat from the control panel (blue/orange wires), and they both had continuity so I assume they are ok. I checked the Thermistors and the freezer sensor was about 6 kohms I think it is supposed to be around 16, so I assume that is where the problem lies. The coils had been encased in ice when I checked it so it was plenty cold. I defrosted the freezer and it seems to be working fine now. Is the thermistor the only thing I need to replace, or are there other checks I should make.
Separately, the ice maker doesn't work... and the water doesn't shut off to the ice maker when it is turned on... so presently water line and ice maker turned off.
Advice for any or all these issues would be most appreciated.

I would defrost the evaporator coils, then let the compressor run for a few hours, the unplug it, remove the motherboard cover in the back and remove the gray three pin power connector. Place a jumper wire between the mating pins as labeled on the motherboard, line and comp. If the compressor runs fine when pluged in, unplug unit and move the jumper to the pins labeled line and def.If you get defrost, replace the motherboard AP4436216
