HI,
What is the reputation of the Maytag Neptune line? I do not know there age, am am considering buying them. Are the worth buying used? The models specifically are:

Maytag Neptune washer (MAH7500AWW) and Maytag Neptune dryer (MDE7500AYW)

The dryer is fine, but that washer is a later model of what is probably the worst appliance line ever made in America.

If you do purchase it my advice is to pay no more than an amount that you would not feel bad losing in the event the machine does not work now or in the future and you have to junk it.
