I have removed the top, and the drive belt is intact. How do I determine whether it's the motor, or something that controls the motor that's broken? Thanks! --CC

The decision path on the sheet says (among other things) to replace the board if the fuse on the board is blown (the fuse is cloudy so I can't see the filament, but there's no continuity). Before I drop $150 on a board, I wonder if I should try replacing the fuse. By the look of it this is not meant to be easy - there's a standard printed caution about using the same amp rating, but the glass inline fuse is more or less permanently mounted. Before I order the replacement board, has anyone replaced a fuse?
