Help....I have a single cabinet oven. I did Auto self cleaning last weekend. When finished it code says E1 -F5- door still locked. I turned my circuit breaker off, it said PF then back to E1 -F5-. What does this mean?????

It's been a week, so I know it's cooled down. I can't open the door to get the model number.
