I have a side by side white westinghouse model rs219tsg2, have no manuals for it. Problemis fridge gets down to only 40 degrees, and freezer 0. Also water leaks from under freezer side. I shoved coat hanger up drain hose about 18 in. all clear. Any ideas why fridge wont get any colder?

Does the fan inside the freezer work?

Pull the refrigerator out of the wall. Remove the cover on the bottom and clean the condenser coils. Make sure the fan next to the compressor is working.
