I need your help my Norge washer, it only spin on one side the agitator (the same side as the basket) , before it spins on the 2 sides alternative so now It doesn't wash very well the clothes
How can i fix this problem?? where I need to check??

I need more specific description on is wrong with the washer.

The issue is that my washer was working normally (the agitator that its in the middle of the basket was agitating on both sides alternative and the basket while its washing it rotate on 1 side always) now the agitator its only rotate to the same side as the basket, It doesn't alternate, so it only move the water to one side.
So i think i have an issue with the motor that moves the agitator or the controls
I don't know if i explained better my problem
Could you help me??
