Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 8/3/2012(UTC) Posts: 1		Noticed soap dispenser wouldn't open more than a 1/2 " due to the lower rack. Does anyone know if this is a design flaw? Doing this new out of the box. Tenant uses soap pucks, and they can't be released during cycle. I tried turning the rack 180 deg. incase it was shipped in reverse, no luck.:confused:
