I was getting an F1 fault code on my GE oven Model J SP28GON2BG ser# HF2866O2Q, Schematic MNN055. I could hit cancel and the oven would work again. Eventually it got worse and I could not see the display. I replaced the digital control and keypad. The oven still was not working properly. I could not maintain a proper temperature. I suspected the temperature sensor. I checked the resistance at room temp and it was OK. I started a clean cycle, disconnected the power and checked the resistance and it was off specification. I cancelled the clean cycle replaced the sensor. When I turned the power back on, the display showed "door" I hit cancel, set the bake temperature to 350 which it hit perfectly according to an oven thermometer. I thought everything was fine. The next time my wife went to use the oven., the "door" code displayed again and then F4 followed later by F1. The harness and sensor circuit show proper resistance. I jumped both thermal switches and I still get the "door" and F4 fault but the cooling fan runs. triggering the micro-switches on the door lach switch has no effect. What am I missing?

Update- I found a bad connection in the connector from the sensor to the harness. The F4 is gone, but the oven is running a little hot and the display faded in and out when I closed the oven door. The "door" fault still shows. The micro switches appear OK.
