Front Loader washing machine is not working properly. We first get an SUD error and then a F21 error( drain problem) ...the machine does not reset after we select the "pause/cancel" button...the machine continues to drain completely.. so it appears the pump is working

Hi

Even though the pump seems to be working correctly I would still remove the pump and inspected it for foreign objects.

If the unit is drained and still giving you a suds error. Replace the pressure switch and the tubing to it..

tubing AP4310571


Make sure the tubing is routed so that it will not be damaged if the unit goes out of balance.
