The pulley disintegrated over a period of weeks and slightly damaged the belt. How do I remove what's left of the old pulley and install the new one on the shaft? I found a pulley sold by itself apart from the motor.

Hi.

Most likely you will have to chisel it off. Be careful not to damage the shaft.

Thank you.

Simon.
