My freezer and refrigerator aren't cooling properly. The coils in the inside back panel
of the freezer are freezing up/frosting at the top 25% of the
coils. The bottom 75% of the coils are basically dry.
Any ideas what the problem might be.

Hi.

Most likely the fridge is low on freon or the compressor isn't working properly. In both cases you would need a pro.

Thank you.

Simon.
