Try checking P1-5 to P1-2 on the board. Should also see 120 volts there.
Whern the unit is not working does the drum light work?
Also I am assuming that the unit ran OK for at least a few months if not longer at this location and hook-up. If the unit was moved recently and perhaps changed from a 3 wire to 4 wire or reverse then we may have a problem there. Grasping at straws here.
It sounds like you have a bad connection in the unit somewhere. I cannot think of anything else that would cause a totally dead control panel. |

It sounds like you have a bad connection in the unit somewhere. I cannot think of anything else that would cause a totally dead control panel. I will try checking the P1-5 to P1-2 later today (will be gone this morning). I am not sure that the drum light is still good - I do not think it has worked for some time now, I will have to check on that. The unit is in the same location and connected to the same power supply it has been since we have had it, several years now and it has worked great until this happened.
