I bought a new Kenmore Elite 25.0 cu.ft. French Door Bottom Freezer Model 7103 last August, 2011. We have it in our summer home that is used 4 months a year. i noticeed last year that the water coming out of the in the door dispenser is not chilled. The first glass in the morning appears somewhat chilled but after that, it's the same as coming out of the tap.
It's still unbder warranty so I could call Sears. however, I would like an opinion from some of your experts on this forum.

Hi Dan,
What is the temperature in the refrigerator?
The model number you posted is incomplete. Check the name plate inside the refrigerator for the complete model number.
If it's still under the warranty, then it's better to call Sears for service.

The temp in the refregerator is 38 degrees and the freezer is 0 degrees as indicated on the digital readout above the dispenser. The model number is
795.71032-010.
Any advice would be appreciated.

The temperatures are normal. I don't see what can cause it. It's better to call Sears.
