Okay, my dryer worked great than stopped heating. It is still in relatively good condition. I found the heater coil open in two spots, both at the lower end of the assembly on opposite sides. Is that normal for two sides to separate, or could one have failed and then the other? Is there something other than age that may have caused them to fail. Just curious since I ordered the coils, and don't want them to fail shortly after I replaced them simply because I overlooked soemthing. Thanks, oh, The dryer is about 15 years old.
