washer does not spin to full speed and does load redistribute frequently even if empty also does not rinse all soap out of clothes i cleaned pump out screen was not blocked checked drum bearing no play spins smoth but makes a little noise not sure if from motor or drum also how can you tell if shocks are bad would that cause spin proublem

Bad shocks should not cause your spin problem. You should have found tech notes under the top or inside the lower service panel. See if you can put the machine into test model. Be sure and check out door switch assembly, a problem there can cause the symptoms you are having.

Be sure and check out door switch assembly, a problem there can cause the symptoms you are having. thanks door switch assembly ok run the test program very thing worked fine even spun to full speed also checked for belt slipage there was none i wounder if the warter pump is damaged and not able topump all the water out would cause problem hose drain is about 5 feet i put hose in slop sink which has discharge pump to pump it out did a load and it spun clothes dry like it should need do more loads both ways to be sure you did not say how you can tell if shocks are bad thans again for info

You can take off the back and observe the shock and also run it with the back off. You should be able to tell if the shocks are a problem during the spin cycle.
