The refrigerator part is working just fine. However, the freezer will not freeze anything. It is very cold in there, but not cold enough to freeze. Any suggestions on what could be wrong.

Hi.

Remove the rear evaporator cover in the freezer and check how the evaporator coils are covered with frost (or snow).

Post the results.

Simon.
