Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 12/1/2007(UTC) Posts: 1		I just ordered a replacement filter for my GE range hood.. and I don't know if the metal side faces down toward the cooktop or the black fuzzy side. I know this is a dumb question.. but I really don't know! Please help!! My hubby (the repair man) is deployed!! Thanks! Katie
