 I have a LGWWM2016C it is having problems. the tub looks as if it has fallen and nothing is holding it in Place in the front of machine. I am looking on the parts diagram and trying to figure which part is broken or what is going on. Is this common and can you give me some guidance? tnadkins@me.com

There are no any front supports for the inner tub. Sounds like the spider (K115 at the diagram) is broken. You have to take it apart and inspect the spider and the bearing.

Here are the breakdown diagrams and Replacement parts for LG WM2016CW Washer | AppliancePartsPros.com
