This machine pumps out water on the spin cycle and stops at 11 minutes and will not count down from that. Any thoughts?

In this particular case the frontloader would drain down to11 minutes, stop, and finally read out nd. It was repaired by removing the large black drain hose that goes from the drum to the pump. There was a quarter stuck in this line. Apparently, it had been there awhile too because of it's discoloration so it didn't immediately stop the machine from working.
