1st. there is grease coming out from under the agitator, not a lot and not every use. I am thinking there is a seal under the agitator that has gone bad.
2nd. if this is the case, how dose the plastic cover under ths dispender come off ? twist or pry out. so I can get to the nut to remove the agitator.

Hi.
The agitator supposedly comes off by pulling it up. Most of the time it's not that easy. Use two ropes, slide them under the agitator ,wrap them around any stick and pry it off.
