My General Electric washing machine broke several days ago and was hoping someone could help me figure out what it wrong and what part(s) I need to replace.

I have a WCVH6800J1WW GE washer that is 15 months old. When I try to start a washing cycle, the door locks, the machine spins in both directions several times and the machine begins running the drain pump. The drain pump runs for several minutes and the machine eventually stops. In "t02" the washer has an error code of E30 - Drain Problems

What I've already done:
1) I pulled out the drain filter and cleaned it out (wasn't much in there)
2) Gone through the service mode and tried the tests
t01 - Model ID is 04
t02 - Error Codes: E30, no other codes
t03 - Software ID: cod - 500 EE - 28 Inv - 193
t04 - LEDs: normal
t05 - Pump test: normal pumps for 60 seconds
t06 - Pressure Switch Test: pump turns on momentarily, "E" comes on display, nothing else happens
t07 - Thermistor/Heater Test: Did not try because service manual said main pressure switch must work
t10 - Tumble test: normal
t11 - Spin test: normal
t12 - Dispenser test: normal

I'm confused as to why the machine will fill with water in t12 (from both hot and cold) and drain it out appropriately, but won't function in t06 or normal wash cycles.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Jason

When I wash my clothes in the front load washer, it will go to 1 and the clothes will be real wet. The drain is not working on the washing machine.

I am getting the same issue. Can someone help me with this. Currently, I do have a new water valve ordered. Water is not filling the tub as fast as it used to. Also, I'd like to check the door lock mechanism, but do not know how to remove the front top control panel as well??? Any help would be appreciated.
