My washer makes a noise(not a high pitch wine) like a bad bearing only during the spin cycle. Which bearing or other part would cause this noise? Crosley model CW600W washer over 5 yrs old.

Noises are the most difficult thing for us to diagnose from afar because we really need to be there to hear where it is coming from.

Try operating the machine with the front panel off and see if you can determine the location of the problem. A tub bearing is most likely, but see if you can check it out.

The noise is coming from the tub. The lower bearing is smooth and cool. Which bearing kit would you recommend?
