whats your model# and does it cool any at all? is there any frost build up in freezer on back evap cover? have you taken the cover off to check frost pattern on coils? is the compressor running? are the fans running?

A friend who used to do appliance repair stopped by last night. He found the white/pink wire bad. It broke off inside the motor. We also have the LBRN20512WW model. I won't buy anymore LG products. I emailed the company but they never responded back, even though they said they would.

I have had to replace the fan twice now, now I have a different problem.
